Hello, I'm Alicia

I help women ditch the mid-life muffin top and make this next phase of life their best!

As a personal trainer, marathon athlete and active my whole life, I was not prepared for the impact that menopause would have on my weight, my mood, my sleep... everything.

That’s when I decided that I was not going to live with the “menopause middle” and I set out to find a solution! This is how the Flip this Chick 8-week Program was born.

At this “phase of life”, it seems like being out of shape becomes the new normal. I am not buying it!
